A growing body of research literature finds that in addition to improved physical health, sport plays a primarily positive role in youth development, including improved academic achievement, higher self-esteem, fewer behavioural problems, and better psychosocial development.
The following programs are offered as one off, 6, 10, 12 and 24 week programs for schools, youth groups, faith groups, colleges and YOS.
We are able to offer extended services during all holidays and breaks for summer and half term clubs available in the South East.

The Safety Box® CIC own Ikigai Dojo which is open for parents and children teaching Karate, Sport Karate and elements of Ju-Jitsu and weapons.
At The Safety Box® CIC we also package our sport programs inline with our intervention programs for youth.

All our coaches have coaching qualifications with Sport England and their individual sport NGB.
