The Safety Box CIC specialises in delivering services for youth at risk, young & adult offenders, in addressing their
Behavioural, Violent Tendencies, Social, Emotional and Mental Wellbeing.
This form needs to be completed to request The Safety Box CIC involvement in the case of a new client
Involvement with The Safety Box shall be individually tailored to each case.

When we receive this form, via this portal below, your request will be discussed at our weekly team meeting to consider next steps.
The authority or establishment will be further contacted by the allocated relevant Intervention Manager
The nature of support The Safety Box can offer in response to this request may include any of the following areas:
Assistance with PRU-based, X-offender and Offender assessment of emotional needs
Support and advice on responses and planning for behavioural management of needs
Support for school, PRU, Community, YOT, YOI and Prison based interventions, which may include wrap around support, and direct work with Clients, x-offenders, offenders, staff consultations and liaison with parents for minors.
